I totally agree, but in the past the issue would have been sorted out at the next ruck or scrum, you wouldn't have had an international forward saying "sir, sir, he sprayed water at me"
I suppose the irony here is that had Haskell got his way and the decision was reviewed, then he may well have got a red card depending upon which side of the bed the referee got out of.
