I think the game has gone soft in some areas and I think some red cards that are now given are pathetic. There's something that happens in most games now where someone is penalised or carded and I sit there scratching my head and say "The games gone soft".

However, if you think that putting both hands around someone's neck isn't really that bad, then I have to question your morals.

I totally agree, but in the past the issue would have been sorted out at the next ruck or scrum, you wouldn't have had an international forward saying "sir, sir, he sprayed water at me"

I suppose the irony here is that had Haskell got his way and the decision was reviewed, then he may well have got a red card depending upon which side of the bed the referee got out of.
