Head Injury assessments

Post by wellstiger » Wed Sep 06, 2017 9:19 am

Great that Prem and Championship are trialling new Saliva test for H.I.A's.
That inline with statutory 10 mins assessment is the way forwards for player protection issues.

However, and I'm not being biased against Bath Rugby players, If officials do not take responsibility for high tackling and address this issue then all the testing is for nought.
Watching back I witnesses 6 high tackles that were not suitably addressed until 11 mins from full time.
This culture has to be addressed early in games for player welfare.
Couldn't see Mr N Owens letting it get that far.
