Tannoy

Post by Ads677 »

Sitting in the 'large stand' (can never remember the name it's given each season!) it seemed that the volume of the PA system was way too loud, resulting in it being difficult to understand what was being said. And, after the game, the music was definitely too loud. Last season it was great so why mess with it?

Totally agree.
Also the use of it is pathetic. Why is it that substitutions on BOTH teams can't be given properly. We should know who is leaving the pitch as well as who is coming on.
Mind you, in the match against Trevino it wouldn't have helped much as the Tigers players weren't wearing numbers.
We go to a pre-season hoping to get to know the new players for the forthcoming season and we have no way of identifying who is who.
A pathetic effort from Tigers hierarchy.

Omg is that all you have to moan about. It's not difficult to recognise the new players they are the ones that weren't there last season. As for the substitutions it was like a revolving door at times the announcer did well to identify any

It was only a pre-season game and so many players were used by each side. No records were being kept on substitutions but just checks on number of players coming off and on.
Once the competetive games start, expect to hear the announcements for all substitutions.
