Sounds like Hansen wouldn't be overly pleased to see him play 15 and understudy at Club level to the England 10.

Really? I know it was a known before the end of their season down under but I didn't think it was over a season in advance. Do you have the evidence to show my memory has failed me?

Will all posters get any idea of a crossover between the playing budget and other commercial transactions out of their mind. It has been stated on many occasions at boardroom level that commercial decisions such as the ne hotel and car park are completely separate from the budget set aside for team operations and that includes the acquirement of new players, For once the Board can be believed and you know me I am not a great fan of the current management set up, but I'm getting sick and tired of those posters who do not research topics properly.

Any indication about our skipper for next season? I recognise that, sadly, things with Tom are far from 'normal' but when do we normally announce - or have we already done so?

I'd expect Tom to carry on, the only other candidates IMO are YBY (a MOC favorite), Slater and possibly Barrow (He'd get my vote if it isn't Tom)

I know Tom has expressed a desire to carry on, but obviously his family will take precedence. Interesting that we are supposedly interested in an American hooker, with Tom, Mcguigan and one assumes Thacker

Baumann is being described as a hooker/tighthead, however from what I've seen for the USA and Wellington, he plays predominantly at tighthead, so I wouldn't read too much into the hooker tag.

Apparently the DMAC deal is dead as well as another "top level winger" which feel through, this off season gamble looks like its really gonna come back to haunt us at this rate

Edit: Another source says the DMAC deal is still on but I wouldn't get my hopes up about him being in a Tigers shirt
