Voting for Awards glitch

Tried to vote for Player of the Year etc, and despite clearing all possible obstacles from my virus/malware list, it tells me it is a duplicate entry. Anyone else had same?
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Have you tried deleting all your cookies and then voting?

I had exactly the same problem. Fixed it by putting in one of my other email addresses. Not sure there are any checks that you are a supporter or even a season ticket holder.
