Forwards, half-backs, three-quarter line and then your full back.

NZ have an inside and outside five-eighth (fly half and inside centre) which vaguely makes sense when you have a second distributer rather than what the northern hemisphere would have historically had at inside centre - Will Greenwood was possibly the first English outside five-eighth (at least he's the first one I can remember)

Not quite, it's first five eighth at 10 (often shortened to first five) and second five eighth at 12 (second five) in New Zealand. 13 is simply known as 'centre'

9 is known as 'half back'.

Well according to Rugby paper we've got one back-up to George Ford next season - his brother Joe!

Joe Ford, as 2nd fly half, Matt Toomua as further cover.

I've heard a rumour that Joe Ford will get a trial game in the A league game in a couple of weeks.

I still think we have nothing to worry about re a second fly half as long as Sam Harrison is on our books.

Wouldn't surpise me, Hardwick on the bench. At that stage of the season you really can't risk 1st/2nd choice players for the a league game.

I'd forgotten about him playing at 10. As I recall he played very well at 10. But would need to see more of him at 10 before drawing a final conclusion.

And I still think letting our current two go will come back and bite us in the arras
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95

Freddie maybe, but I don't think anyone has let Owen go; more like Glaws made him an offer he couldn't refuse.
