Leinster looked fabulous against an admittedly awful Montpellier last night.
There's some English bloke coaching there at the moment. Can't remember his name though :smt031 :smt026 :smt023

I increasingly think the problem with Cockerill as DoR was that he couldn't let go. He was more of a co-head coach than DoR by the end. So if Johnno (or whoever) is DoR, then it needs to be with clarity of what the DoR is.
Both Johnno and Dean Richards have said NO to coming to Tigers as DOR,

So lets give Aaron the free run to prove what he can do until the end of season please. Hoping for a top four finish still with players returning to the field. :smt045

Agree with giving Mauger free rein for this season. The issue then is whether we want a DoR at all and, if we do, does he wear a suit or a tracksuit (as an indication of his role)? I suspect that Johnno and Richards are pretty close to being opposites on that spectrum!
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

I too wonder why we need a DOR rather than a Head Coach, saving on a DOR could put monies else where in a real club "so I'am So So" on the decision - Sorry SC but these are at the end of the sentence - That and people starting every sentence with "So..." are my biggest bugbears! :smt043

We need to appoint a brain surgeon as our DOR, he would be kept very busy with transplants! :smt027 :smt013
