Would you like to see changes to the protection of crowds?

Post by byrontiger »

Leicester does not have huge crowds, I'm thinking more about HQ. A couple of horses aren't going to stop a lorry.
And their revenge is as the tiger's spring,
Deadly, and quick and crushing.

Christmas markets, Nice. Lots of people on foot.
And their revenge is as the tiger's spring,
Deadly, and quick and crushing.

Presumably a reference the suspected terrorist attack on people at a Berlin market using a lorry which has just been the lead story on tonight's 10 o'clock news.

we drove by before the game and noticed a couple of officers outside the ground and a car in the coned off area. I commented to the o/h on it at the time, and after last nights' incident we can see why. There was a warning of a football stadium attack according to the news this morning.
cheers
