Don't forget that (putting it round the other way) Toomua is a 12 who is a very useful 10.

All that wine and sunshine and the long trip down the A61 to the beaches...nah...maybe not.
Or maybe, just maybe, there is no coincidence in Cockers' departure being announced on 2nd Jan. Maybe, if I told is true OW is off, that part of any deal to lure Ford back involved not having Cockers in charge (assuming the Bruce Wayne - or whatever the name is of Bath's wallet - chat about not letting Ford go to Leicester is rubbish and possibly would be illegal?!).

I don't do conspiracy theories though. :smt003

Talking rugby union is saying that Stancaster is likely to be Staincaster very soon and that Slade isn't using showers any more, only Bath's.

Very skeptical about the chatter of Williams to Gloucester.

Goosen is very strongly linked with them and we know for sure he is "retiring" from Racing (pending legal battle).

With Burns the Younger there growing into the 10 shirt I don't think it's likely they'd be bringing in Owen as well as Goosen.

TRP was also 100% certain Ford and Burns were going to swap.

I feel the transfer speculation, especially with every man and his dog with a podcast "under good authority", has gotten ridiculous this season.

I'm guessing...'How more Janice' = No more chance..?

As this is all becoming rather surreal...

The more I think (yes, I do think!) about it, the more I like the idea of Toby back here playing a Hodgson role. Great pushing forward on the gain line and creatively setting others up to score and with Anthony Allen he provided some real structure in defence. At 31, could he be the one to back up Freddie and Toomua and provide some senior leadership?

I he was cheap enough, maybe he could fill the hole left when Allen retired at 12 (where he seems to be playing more often than not). But, unless he's burnt bridges in France, he'll not be cheap enough! :smt003

Toulouse fans seem to think he might not be getting a new deal.
