Can't sign him unless he has an injury I'm afraid. It's now a contractual condition, as I understand it, that all Tiger's centres have to spend a large part of the season in sick bay.

It's a little old now but I see that Carl Fearns has turned his back on Glos, having signed a contract in November, and is staying in France.
