Ive seen them take the Kiwi sides to pieces with an incredible brand of rugby with some top players in Marx,Kriel,Ackermann JR,Whitely,Faf,Jantjes,Van Rensburg,Mapoe,Combrick etc. If Ackermann wasnt white he would be SA coach 😜. But jokes aside the comparison is night and day. Now i want every Tigers fan to answer the question very honestly. Did MOC get the gig on merit or because hed been here before? I know the answer!
I wanted Ackermann to be appointed by us. Saints fans are currently annoyed they opted to stay with Mallinder in the summer instead of offering him a contract. He's a young coach with a brand of rugby that works, is easy on the eye and he brings the best out of players. I'm interested to see how Gloucester go next season after he has a preseason.

Seeing as how the VP is such a VIP, shouldn't we keep the PC on the QT? 'Cause if it leaks to the VC he could end up MIA, and then we'd all be put on KP?

Scott11 there was a belief amongst some close to the club that Van Graan and Ackermann were window dressing. A few 'senior players' such as BY were pro MOC.

Doesn't surprise me either!
They do strike me as a comfortable bunch!
This senior players lark is not exactly my cup of tea, it can often lead to the scenario of the problem asking what is the problem!

I'm not really allowed to use that acronym - upsets some of the snowflakes. Evidently you Mr S, can use it either in full or shortened form without fear of rebuke.

How I envy you.....

Sorry. Didn’t realise you’d been gagged. Strange that it was on such a trivial point.

Nothing should surprise you with some of the people on this forum. They don't like having the truth slapped round their chops like a wet fish. They'd much prefer you sugar coated it and put some spin on it - you know, like 'Ben Youngs is the world's best fly half', 'with Toomua and Tuilagi fit, Tigers are going to control world rugby' and my personal favourite, 'bonus points don't matter and this is a transitional year'.

There was me thinking all these years that Ben Youngs was a scrum half :smt017

Speaking as one who is critical of our past and current situations, as in 'a right kettle of fish (to maintain the piscine theme)', and won't be surprised if 'late change' occurs at least twice on Sunday, it's not 'being told the truth' but being insulted by someone who assumes their own superiority that gets up my nose.
