Fijian Rawaca no longer joining Saracens

He probably decided the plastic pitch was everything he didn't want :smt003

David Wilson has left Bath for Newcastle.

Perhaps he likes the idea of a plastic pitch?

That is a good signing for them...wondered why he had fallen out of favour with Bath but has had a few injuries and they have Thomas and KPN..

Disagree. The picture of Wilson with the article shows a huge girth. When Tigers played Bath at the end of last season he was bounced by the two young props Balmain and Genge. He best days are well behind him now.

The youngster apparantly is not talking to Daddy after his alleged off court behaviour with , ahem, a staff member. True or false, it's the gossip locally...

But were you expecting Allardyce too?!
Bloke has been stitched up like a kipper courtesy of the 'undercover' slime balls at the Telegraph.
I am never buying it again as a result .......

TBH there is not a paper worth buying these days. Almost everyone is run by somebody who
1 has a definite, usually ultra right wing political agenda (due to the owners being expat/non dom billionnaires like the Barclay Brothers)
    2 is a consummate artist
3 actually doesn't have real reporters anymore (e.g. the Independent)and just regurgitates agency stuff (which itself is often taken from blogs)
4 have sacked most of the good reporters as well as some leaving in disgust (Mail, Express, Mirror, Telegraph, Times, Guardian Independent).
So are we surprised at a stitch-up? Destroying a career and inconveniencing an organisation is considered 'news'; reporting serious political fraud is not.
TBH Allardyce is a prat, BUT.....
    Rant over. :smt004
    Leicester Tigers 1995-
    Nottingham 1995-2000
    Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Yeah - good rant. Can't imagine John Pilger (for example) stooping so low to create a story. One of my young Strawclearers is a journalist and simply gets embarrassed by this sort of thing.

You are probably correct in your assesment of the printed press John. People are not forced to purchase newspapers. Spare a though for the people who do not agree with the left-wing BBC. Some will say use the on/off switch. If you do not subscribe to it, you will be left with a criminal record.
