Tait's lack of pace is now a real issue for me at 15

Re: Teams Up v Newcastle (A)
The real issue is not retaining the ball and missing tackles. JPP makes a brilliant break and Genge tries to offload when the ball should have been recycled. Trying to play in our own 22 when we should be clearing the danger and then going again.Jimmy Skitz wrote:Tait's lack of pace is now a real issue for me at 15

I suspect we will still win this but we have hardly been convincing.
We are poor really.

Agree this with this, also Tigers don't seem to be playing as a teamDoghashadhisday wrote:The real issue is not retaining the ball and missing tackles. Well we have unsurprisingly been as bad as usual. They have missed 2 penalties so should be a long way ahead.

the Tait point was a more general 1 but I would have Thompstone replace him with TV to 15Doghashadhisday wrote:The real issue is not retaining the ball and missing tackles. Nah, as usual people only see what they want to see. They have also missed 2 possible tries!Spicer wrote:Well we have unsurprisingly been as bad as usual. They have missed 2 penalties so should be a long way ahead.

A lot of our players seem to be anonymous, where is Betham, Burns, O Williams, M Williams, O, Connor? Hope they turn up for 2nd half?

I for one am looking forward to a season where we have to scrap with the teams at the bottom and just avoid relegation with the odd good performance. That way in future I can empathise with fans for teams that always struggle.

McGuigan hasn't impressed me so far in his appearances good to see Tom Youngs on fairly early
Re: Teams Up v Newcastle (A)
That has to be the most ridiculous penalty in the history of Rugby
