Look on the bright side....

Post by GS »

OK, we've played 160 minutes of rugby and were :censored: for 140 of them, BUT the pitch still looks good after all the rain and two big packs pushing on it.

Look, I'm just looking for a bit of sliver lining in a growing dark cloud.
Opportunities always look bigger going than coming.

Hey GS

How's you. I guess there is always a bright side and that the pitch will stay good for the whole season. Whether the Tigers squad and coaching staff does remains to be seen.

As my old dearly departed mate would have said I guess we have to KEEP THE FAITH,I hope he's not looking down on his beloved team as he would be tearing his hair out with the way his team cannot seem to play basic rugby for 80 minutes.

The sun came out at the end of the second half, aside from the way the pitch stood up, struggling beyond that. Perhaps the pitch suits the opposition more than us.

Do you think there will be a training session next week on "How to want it more than them" clearly Wasps did last week. So much more physical at the breakdown.

Also, on present form we will have a strong squad during AIs and six nations and won't be disadvantaged by the Lions tour! :smt003

Sadly I don't think so. It will be the usual ... Don't go in. Let them have the ball. Once Tigers greatest strength the breakdown has for some time belonged to whoever the opposition is. Who coaches the forwards? :smt031
