No full match replays on the Aviva website

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, the last few seasons the Aviva site has carried full match replays a few days after the match, now only highlight are available.
Does anyone know the reason for this as I cannot see that is is costing live viewing figures and the sponsors were getting extra airtime.
I personally hate highlights as they mainly consist of repeated shots of penalty kicks and the odd try, no scrums or line-outs unless there is a punch up!
Due to time differences most a lot of late kick offs are on too late for me to watch live and catching up a few days later was better than nothing.
I may have to move to Africa so I am in the same time zone!

They're back on the site, but it continues to be unreliable. Last year it just wouldn't play sometimes. They have a new player this year but so far I just get black screen with sound...

I didn't contact Aviva but had the same browser experience i.e., probs in Firefox.

I've just done an experiment and was able to download the full match recording of the Glaws match from Round 1. I dropped the resultant VLC file (approx. 2GB) to a memory stick, plugged it into my TV and it works a treat. It's definitely a better quality than the video capture system I was using last season.

I've tried Safari and Chrome. In Safari there's no picture, but if I go on the website of the plugin the test works. In Chrome it just doesn't do anything at all! I'm going to try updating flash! I'm a mac user btw.

I've never been a Mac user so I can't say if that's where your problem lies or not. It might be worth you dropping Aviva a line and explaining your situation.
