Tait will take the Crane role of being past it but still picked this year. Lost his pace and just not the same player anymore.
I see that Tait will be the pet hate for the miserable brigade. Bit early to start knocking players - oh happy days ahead!

No - It's just that Veainu is the best full back at the club.
The debate has to be is it appropriate (the best option) to play Veainu out of position to accommodate Tait or play Thompstone on the wing and have our best full back in his best position? Is that influenced by the time of the season and the pitches being played on?
It's not an unreasonable thought, Tait remained fit for much of the season but looked out of sorts for a lot of it. Hopefully the new season will see him back to his best or it will be a selection that will be hard to continue with.

I will just make one point in this thread Re-Who is best at what position.
Todays Rugby games are not won by the teams with the best 15 but by the teams with the best squad put out on the day to play the squad in front of them on that day.
I for one can't wait till 7:45 tonight to get this season going,

Oh, how I've missed you all....
From the sublime to the ridiculous, its all here.
I see at least one of our hugely astute overseas signings is injured already. I'll probably get plenty of mileage out of that...
But anyway, glad the season is once again upon us. I'm off to the LDH tomorrow so that I can continue my Saracens worship.
Tonight, i'll watch Manu play bish, bash, bosh for 20 minutes before limping off with a season long groin strain.
Ah, its good to be back.

Harsh but true.

Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95

Ah...you're only jealous because you won't have the monopoly on stupidity any more.

Roly, it's so stupid having Tuilagi running through people isn't it?!
I mean, it's just plain stupid having someone his size, pace and strength doing that!

Happy 2016/17 everyone. Momentous for me, I've got a wedding with a stag do in Munich and a trip to Leicester to look forward to. Let's hope Tigers turn up this year!
And back on topic;
Wasn't that forward?
