:smt044 :smt044 I have no idea how we came back after we were so bad for 50 minutes. The first half was one of the worst performances I have ever seen. Sam Harrison take a bow, in all seriousness he was miles better than Burns at fly half. In the second half Burns, Tait and Manu weren't involved hardly at all and we were miles better because of it.
Well played for sticking in there. Top of the table!

One of the worst first half performances followed by one of the best second half.

Posh Richard and I are drunk! Upright, dignified as two proper supporters of proper clubs should be, but drunk.

Rules of our game? Pint per try, nip of scotch per conversion, sneaky half for a pen.

He is more drunk than I having had the better start, though I suspect I will be catching up.

I will comment in the morning.

Goodnight fellow supporters.

McCaffrey was my MoTM.

Thoughts
JPP first why oh why did we sign him, second half that is why
Genge will be starting LH sooner rather than later.
McGuigan considering his lineout is meant to be shocking held up very well brings in some punch
Thompstone made a huge difference.
Maul is brilliant again
Manu is not ready.
Smith needs to start next week for the defense (Ala Barritt)
Harrison holds well as a 10 a is a very good kicker.
Tait is off the pace.
Kitchener was a beast in the lineout.

First half was shocking and the team need to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Cockers said (and I agree) credit to players for the last 20 but terrible first 60. Players and coaches must take responsibility he said and those first 50 minutes will be what will be focussed on on Monday. We don't have that many get out of jail cards left

Now - for my birthday tomorrow ( :smt035 "will you still need me, will you still feed me" etc etc), I should like...3 away wins!

Sensational comeback.
Manu did his usual comeback trick and all at sea in defence.
Tait - out of form and no insight into the fact that he has lost his pace.

Good to see Tom Youngs back to fitness and all of the pack turning it on.
Backs misfiring.
Still puzzled by not having a scrum half and a fly half on the bench - to bring Youngs on meant taking Burns off.
Sam played very well but a strange option.

If you want a drinking game Sam Harrison's post match interviews could be an option, drink every time he says "you know".

Could end messily :smt023

Because we have no 10 ATM Williams and Bryant injured only Hardwick who is 17.

Having seen Sam play 10, it's somehow looking less strange by the day. In fact, I wouldn't rule out seeing it again.
