My son bought a new shirt 2 weeks ago, hes took it back for a full refund as the shirt had pin hole type marks in part of the material, he states it is pretty poor material and cheaply put together

JackFlashJonny wrote:Blackbeard my friend I too worry about this but am home this weekend so will go and see and give you an analysis...To be honest I am rather dubious as to whether I will purchase (having waited years now for a shirt I can stomach enough to buy) as the quality combined with the Kooga brand just ooze cheap and poor in my opinion...not like I am a brand snob or anything though :smt023
Thanks. I was frustrated with Canterbury for seemingly designing great jerseys for all other teams except us. Yes they were pricey, but of high quality. I bought the black Euro one.

That's very poor. You'd expect the club to have gotten this important revenue generating stream sorted by now.

What Canterbury have done with the Bath kit is all I ever wanted but in our colours :smt011 ...it is crazy our shirts with the biggest supporter base have been so awful for so long..whoever makes and signs off these decisions should be embarrassed imo

Bringing Kooga on was the latest in a long line of horrific decisions..anyone know who is responsible I shall write them a strongly worded email :smt003

Suggest you send it to Simon Cohen. I'm sure he'll redirect it to the guilty party! :smt024

Was it not the kitbag decision that eventually led us to KooGa?

This is another example of outsourcing for a short term cash injection, first the bars then the food & hospitality and then the shop, now & Christmas are the peak times to buy the new kit and we don't have sufficient (0) stock this is - hangable!! it upsets the fans, the sponsors and the club. Let us hope they do not outsource the great Ticket Office like Ospreys have at the Liberty.
The Club Management need to look at this but not ignore like the catering fiasco.

If I was the manager of Kit Locker I would be absolutely deliriously happy that their are supporters so desperate to splash their hard earned cash on what in my opinion is such poor quality kit. Momentum is everything and now is the time that they should be reaping their profits!

I suspect it's more to do with the major manufacturing error displayed by the images in the online shop than any lack of planning. If all the first run were made as such that was an awful lot of wastage.

Sorry if this has been picked up elsewhere, but I have just noticed that the arms of our new kit are different for different styles. On some of the shirts it runs white red green, on others it runs red white green.

I'm not sure it matters, but just seems odd to be inconsistent in this way. :smt017

I'm feeling a bit train spotter-ish now. I'll get me coat.

Many posters on different forums have offered the suspicion that this is the reason why the Classic Shirt has been delayed.

I'm afraid I'm still moaning about the lack of a specialised European kit. It was always one of the highlights of the season when that came out with the exception of that Tangerine horror from a couple of seasons ago.

I asked the on line shop customer services people about the manufacturing fault on the mens classic shirts and to start with they couldn't understand what the issue was. I had to send them a link to their own website and detailed photos!
Then I just got a response that "thats what they are like". After asking for a proper explanation of the difference vs the others they refused to let me talk to a supervisor and then offered a call back from a manager(not happened of course).

Really poor customer service. It seems that the shop are either in denial, trying to cover up, or just plain useless.

See the post above yours :smt003 . I suspect Kitbag would've cared little - the club should have been fuming.
