European Semi Transport
Will the Away Supporters Club be arranging coaches to Nottingham?

Alternatively, take the train. It'll be cheaper and faster (£10.80 for a Day Return from Leicester - approx. 32 minutes) and you travel when you want, i.e. you're not waiting for everyone to get back to the coach or you can stay longer in Nottingham if you wish.

Buses to the ground virtually run very regularly. Right outside the train station.
Walking
a steady walk of about 20 mins I believe

Re: European Semi Transport
For anyone who thinking of driving to the match, consider taking the tram from the park and rides at Phoenix Park, Hucknall, Toton Lane and Clifton South
According to the timetable, they run every 10 minutes and it's only £3.50 Adult Return, U-15s £2.00, U-5s free or £5.00 for a Group Return (1-2 adults + up to 3 children). This must be cheaper than trying to park nearer the City Ground and you don't have the hassle of driving through Nottingham.

I'm fortunate as I live in Derby which is only 16 miles and a 20 minute train ride from Nottingham and it's only about a 7 minute walk from the station to the City ground. I would urge fans who live in Loughborough & Leicester & Market Harborough to use the train to get there as car parking is limited expensive and awful.

Re: European Semi Transport
Both Leicester Tigers Away Supporters Club and the Tigers themselves are taking bookings for coaches to the semi final. Departure will be from Leicester Racecourse where parking is available. To book phone either the Tigers or John Griffiths 0116 2101056.
Re: European Semi Transport
Will parking be available at Notts Rugby ground, just behind Forest's ground?
Re: European Semi Transport
As there's been no mention of it on here so far, perhaps someone who might be interested in parking there could contact Nottingham RFC and find out?LE18 wrote:Will parking be available at Notts Rugby ground, just behind Forest's ground?

Any idea of when the buses will leave Leicester? I'm travelling up from Cambridge.johnthegriff wrote:Both Leicester Tigers Away Supporters Club and the Tigers themselves are taking bookings for coaches to the semi final. Re: European Semi Transport
The Tram Park and Ride is actually only £2 return using the Event Return option. If asked you need a event return ticket and your match ticket!

The website says there is even a shuttle bus to the ground from Queens Road, although this may only be for Forest games.

Excellent! That'll be even cheaper than using my Mango card.gedwards633 wrote:The Tram Park and Ride is actually only £2 return using the Event Return option. If asked you need a event return ticket and your match ticket!
