Good to see Veainu return to the 15 shirt, he offers so much more than our other options in that position, and McCaffrey back.

Strong side, with some real strength off the bench. Let's hope we can finish of our opportunities this week!

Glous are looking to me like they have one eye on next weekend.

Brianf, I assume you mean James Hook at 10 for Gloucester.

ERC Cup more important than top 6 in the Premiership? I'd be surprised at that but maybe it's an indication of their aspirations and confidence if true.

Guess they might feel 6 is to far now.

With
Sale 2 points ahead of them and a game in hand @ 7th
Quins 5 points ahead of them @ 6th.

Glous have a home ERC 1/4 final and are desperate for Sliver wear.

Regardless i guess it will still be a very tough game.

Looks like the best balanced Tigers team we have put out for a while.

Their forum agrees with you on their priorities RB but not on the likely outcome!

Selected comments:
"..would love us to win tomorrow but in the overall scheme of things it is much less important than the Dragons."
"No Hibbard, Thrush, BTT, Meakes, Moriaty and Afoa on bench."
"We have 2 full backs on the wing because we have no wingers left."
"It's on the telly as well, so we could end up being very embarrassed."
"Stooke recalled from loan to Irish because of the number of injuries in the squad."

Does your heart good..! :smt049

As long as we can pass, catch, kick to touch correctly and put the ball down when we cross the line we will be fine.

Looks a balanced side. The backs look particularly good to me.

Got 5 points all over it! :smt026
But will the Tigers get them? They definitely need the 5 with Saints coming up. Poor win BP stats this season has made the difference of being in the mix for the playoffs. They need to use this game in prep for Stade especially making tackles otherwise Stade will be in Paris and not the Tigers.

I hope Stade will be in Paris. The semi's in Nice!

Fear not, Mrs G and I will be there tomorrow. She will be putting the 'fluence on the boys as well as wearing her new hoodie. She has not been to a losing match this season (pure bad luck I may add, illness, previous events etc).
A much better team - on paper - than last week.
