Funniest thing I've heard for a long time since my dream that a Northampton Hooker was to captain England. What a dream that was :smt023
Hambo :- He was with England when he was injured, but he was a Tigers player, our player. He is still our player.”

I am incompetent as a rugby coach and selector, and would like to put my name forward to coach the lions. I have no work commitments.

I have a chair and whip ready.

Woodward won a World Cup and was a catastrophic Lions coach 18 months later, they are clearly considering that this demonstrates a clear performance correlation.

Really hope Gatland doesn't take it and concentrates on Wales for the next 4 years. He will of course...but participation in the Lions really is terrible for Wales

What a ridiculous suggestion unless it's the ladies or junior team that the article refers to. Warren Gatland is a shoe in for Lions coach next year.

How very fitting that Bill's last post incorporated a dig at Lancaster, Hartley, Farrell and Robshaw :smt038

RIP Bill. :smt023
