I'd give Bell a start. We're going to need more from him over the next few weeks, he has a great boot on him and if it doesn't work out we can always use the bench early.

I'd also give Croft a start. He had a good game on Saturday and needs more game time to get back to his very best. :smt026

I wouldn't risk any of the guys who limped off at the weekend, so Veaniu, O'Connor and Williams (obviously!). Tait was struggling towards the end so would leave him out as well. In the pack I'd give Logo a start at LH, Cole needs to continue his form into next week, and Croft deserves a start after coming on and doing a good job. Giving McAffery a rest will probably be a good idea, so I'd go with

15. Tommy Bell (gk)
14. Adam Thompstone
13. George Catchpole
12. Matt Smith
11. Peter Betham
10. Freddie Burns
9. Sam Harrison
1. Logo Mulipola
2. Tom Youngs (c)
3. Dan Cole
4. Dom Barrow
5. Seb De Chaves
6. Mike Fitzgerald
7. Tom Croft
8. Lawrence Pearce

16. Harry Thacker
17. Marcos Ayerza
18. Fraser Balmain
19. Graham Kitchener
20. Lachlan McAffery
21. Ben Youngs
22. Jean De Villiers
23. Manu Tuilagi
Richard Burnett

Morris' space may be better reserved for a hooker - I assume we'll see VanVuuren or Farnworth added this week otherwise we'll go into Saturday with just 2 fit hookers. If not you'd have to remove Leo or Bateman.

JDV might replace Roberts perhaps, but only if fit.

I know the temptation is to rest our star players and field an understrength team, but we must remember that we have to finish first or second seeds for the quarter finals, so if we do end up having to play Leinster or Toulon at least it will be at Welford road.
You need to have a look at the table Noddy... Leinster are bottom of their group with 2 points and no way will they qualify.

+1. I see no harm in starting Balmain, as well

Sorry is this a joke!? How can Camacho possibly have shown any signs of form!?

He had one nice little run against Sarries, with about the only ball he got. This would seem to be a good opportunity to give him some game time

We need to put a strong side out, but as it is Treviso we can rotate a bit.
Given injuries and whoever is registered to play I would go with.

Mulipola
Youngs
Cole
Barrow
De Chaves
McCaffrey
Croft
Pearce
Harrison
Burns
Goneva
Smith
Roberts
Thompstone
Bell

Thacker
Ayerza
Balmain
Kitchener
Fonoa
Youngs
Bai
Manu, give him half an hour.

There you are Big Dai your personal copy from page 1, just put down the Remy and note who is in the squad at present, no JDV or Mulipola so some adjustments to the minor squad is required in advance of the deadline. Cheers - Wormus!

IMO (Provided Logo is added to the squad):

Logo, Youngs, Balmain
De Chaves (as others has said he deserves it after Sat), Kitchener
Croft, Pearce, McCaffrey (although LM will need a rest soon- think he is the only player to have appeared in every game!!)
Harrison, Burns
Smith, Manu
Thompstone, Tait, Betham

Thacker/ Ghiraldini (think he should be back soon??), Ayerza, Cole, Fitzgerald, Fonua, Youngs, Bell, Goneva/ JDV.

Suspect we will get an early indication of whether JDV and indeed Logo will feature when changes are announced to the european squad- from memory these are usually announced mid-week- or at least that is when they appear on sites liek PlanetRugby etc.

5 Points a must and lets hope Munster can do us a favour vs. Stade!

5 points is a must looking at the group - it would be criminal to muck it up at this stage and risk being leapfrogged.

I would put out a strong team and just unload the bench as soon as we have the 4th try and game is secured.

Who knows, maybe there'll be a first run out for JDV?
First run out of who? Is this person real? or did I dream him?
