Ultimately it's a mix of match fitness and the fact that he was knocked back by a bout of the flu over Christmas from what Cockers was saying.

Me too. Eyres Monsell up to the age of 7,then Blaby and opposite the Granby Halls for 10 years. Sorry to disappoint the grown-ups but in Oldham (once part of Lancashire) elastic was 'laggy', plastic was 'placcy'. May have been a 60s thing?

Plaggy was common round south lestur when I were a lad, it should be in bags and bottles, but not rugby pitches.

As long as we can get a fit squad of 23 decent players who's worried about the injury list? Injured players will only be available for selection when fit.

Is Crane injured? I've not seen it anywhere, but maybe I've missed it. Whilst IMO the back row options are currently far more effective, he always used to be a shoo in whenever fit, irrespective of his form.
