I think we're drift away from the original point that the service in some parts of the ground is inadequate, and in some case, incompetent.

Your assertions are true and valid. It has for many years now proved beyond the wit of the caterers or the club to provide a good service to all. I assume that the "first and second class citizens" (1880 club, Try Line Club and shortly Clubhouse,) will get adequate service, so maybe the Club should introduce a "third class" service as well!
