DMU Cheerleaders for Bath Match?
Tigers have just posted a photo of Welford limbering up with the De Montfort Uni Cheerleaders, for Sunday's game.
I seem to remember that several members of this Forum last year were keen on such entertainment being provided - well, you seem to have had your wish granted. I hope that your hearts can stand the excitement!

I reckon some of the girls
(sorry ladies) in our Game changers team can give the DMU cheerleaders a run for their money.

Let's all be upstanding (with or without performance enhancing drugs) and encourage the DMU ladies

Interesting that this was a matter discussed at a PLC AGM many years ago and the idea was rejected. I would have thought it would at least have been discussed again, next step the sort of row from the tannoy we are subjected to at Wasps, Saracens, Harlequins and Irish.

I'm afraid that I agree with JTG.johnthegriff wrote:Interesting that this was a matter discussed at a PLC AGM many years ago and the idea was rejected. Really tacky idea - Inappropriate for a traditional family club.

Bill don't let your enthusiasm lead you to belittle the mildly puritanical. IMHO I would prefer cheerleaders to be shapely lasses in their 40s and 50s, but chacun a son gout!Bill W (2) wrote:It would appear that theri are many barnacles on the backside of progress!

Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.
