Losing Bell seems odd to me as he is a potential No1 FB.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Potential maybe but he still has to get past Veainu, Morris and Tait.jgriffin wrote:Losing Bell seems odd to me as he is a potential No1 FB.

Personally I'd rather see Burns go than Bell. That's not an "I don't like Burns" remark - I do - it's just I think Bell is a better all-round player and far less subject to bouts of bad form.
For when the One Great Scorer comes to write against your name,
He marks - not that you won or lost - but how you played the Game."

Bell is a fullback really though. He can play 10, but he doesn't look overly comfortable doing it. I thought he looked far more assured and effective at the back last night.

Anyone got the info from RP
Sad if he's leaving and understand due to the quality arriving .....
However, if you want to be the best you have to beat the rest.
Being surrounded by great players and under the tutorlidge of a world class player you are likely to become the best you can be.
Hope he stays out for another year or two to develop further
I also think that some like Morris etc may not get back to the and levels....
