How can Saracens remotely legally afford this :smt017 Shows what an utterly despicable shambles this salary cap investigation is and how Saracens can simply carry on unabated. You could not make up such a farce :smt013

Getting rid of Strettle freed up £200k so even if you took a couple of minor players salaries off that, it is a wedge of the sum rumoured. If they got rid of Cashton, they're almost there!

Paying lip service to slim down their squad only to then carry on usual service in my opinion. Tigers apparently willing to preserve the status quo has now backfired as their interest in Manu was not dropped.

How can they even have offered him anything?! They cannot speak to Tuilagi until January.

That's what I thought too

It would appear they are breaching all the rules

You can't do that in any sport

If we're playing by different rules we should invite 2 new members to the party

Freddie will be revelling in this, counting the commission already, working out where live in Camps Bay, knowing all along that Sarries could be a big smokescreen, because Toulon el al are very very interested IF his groin heals...

Which it probably wont........

PS Dont believe me !!??

Then put yourselves for one minute in an Agents postion. He calls all the shots, our Board pays peanuts, 'cos we have repayments on things like, , ahem , Stands...

"Freddie will be revelling in this" speaks volumes does it not? I am clearly naïve in thinking that Manu should show loyalty to the club which has fully supported him through his "downtime" and when he was due to be deported. I sincerely hope that he stays with us but fear that money will triumph over loyalty.

When has a sportsman ever been loyal in the professional era?

The ones that are starters don't tend to go early.
