We still haven't seen anything of Sio. Is he still being seen as a project do we think?

Looking forward to cheering on Logi in the game against the Barbarians in August at the Olympic Stadium. I think I'll become Samoan for the day... loud shirt and flip flops and a plate of taro for lunch should do it!

Sio is still in the development squad list so it take it he is viewed as a project player still he needs to work on fitness last I saw him.

Samoa could have a hell of a backline:

9) Fotuali'i
10) T. Pisi
11) Sinoti Sinoti
12) Leuia
13) Pisi/Leota
14) Tim Nani Williams
15) Williams

I'm surprised Sio has been called up as he has a nasty hamstring strain.

Could Sio's development, or perceived potential development be behind the decision to allow Bristow to leave?
We have Brugnara maybe progressing into the backup role behind Ayerza/Rizzo, with Sio dropping into thr LV/up and comer role maybe?
I've not seem enough to judge either eay personally, but the fact he's in and around the Samoa squad must be promisimg, not short are they with Logo and the Johnson brothers etc.
