Cardiff - the match! (v Tigers - LV Cup)

Post by ourla »

So we're expecting a similar Tigers line up to last week with a mixture of youth and experience. Anybody see any significant changes occuring?

Could be tough as Cardiff are in an equally good place in this competition and given their precarious position in the Pro12 may see this as an opportunity to improve their season.

What are people hoping for/expecting? Can we buck our poor away form trend?

Yeah, Farnworth and Beckett are with the U20s. So is Will Owen.

Recall Wells from Bedford?

Wells could be a good shout

4 tigers in the Wales V England U20 game. 2 Flankers a Hooker and a winger.

Worth a watch.

If you mean on tv, and you meant the U20s game, then yes its live on S4C.
The only LV cup game on TV this weekend appears to be Saracens v Chiefs on Sunday :smt017

7 Cardiff players in the Wales U20 squad but I think only 5 involved in their LV match last week and 4 of them were on the bench, so perhaps even stevens.

Our own fixture list has this as a 2.30 kick off, and covered by bt sport.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Don't like the title of this thread i.e. "the other match".

As a Tigers fan there's only one match of any import happening in Cardiff this weekend and that's on Saturday afternoon. The contest on Friday night is "the other match" as far as I'm concerned. :smt003
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!

Ugh. A real pet hate of mine. I really loathe this "us v England" theme that is perpetuated.

I will be watching England tonight as a rugby fan and proud Englishman. I will be following the Tigers score tomorrow as a proud Tigers fan.
