It would be nice to have some news, some clues, anything to put a bit of cheer into the camp!

Mauger is coming but to late for this season that is the sum of the positive news.

Sounds like we will miss out on Alberts and Kaino.

Both reportedly being offered around 400K and 500K respectively by other clubs.

Hi - first time poster. Article in Scotsman re salary cap included a line about Justin Tipuric and Liam Williams being 'linked with move to the Tigers' Any knowledge of this? http://www.scotsman.com/sport/rugby/lat ... -1-3670331

Not great news if Owen's contract length is only 1 year...

Wouldn't trust the source considering it had us still linked with Tipuric and L.Williams.

We will see.

Adam Jones signed a central contract; the way he has been treated may give some pause for thought.

It is a shame we can't get someone like Elliot Daly. Would be quite a similar replacement for Tait and has a thunderous boot on him for long range penalties. Would really take the pressure off Freddie at 10.

Given that he has employed a kicking coach, I think that Freddie is keen to improve and will be wanting to take on as much of the kicking as possible.Besides which, Williams has a fairly thunderous boot.
Other than that though I like Daly as a player - is he out of contract?

Not sure if notes on other teams player movements are being kept still, but Bristol have been busy again - one of Saints hookers, Ross McMillan, has signed with immediate effect... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/30987739

Depends if he can get his head out of his :censored:.

Last season he was very poor imo. Played himself right out of the All Blacks Jersey.

Has all the potential though and should suit Wasps play.

Tevita Li will replace him this season for the blues.

Now this kid has huge talent and potential.
