what is the chest size i am a 46-47 inch

Likely to be too small - Large would be 42"-44" - suspect 46-47" would be more like XL or even XXL.

As help for sizing, I'm a 46/48 chest (ish) and have that shirt in the player quality, and similar shirts (white euro shirt and training shirts) - I have them in a size 48 -it's marked 48 but equates to XXL I think, which gives a bit of room to move. Not so much that it's baggy though.

Think a large would be too small for you, might get away with an XL - 46.

I've got the long sleeve cotton version. It's been worn, but not excessively (I've got every Cotton Traders shirt from 1999 onwards in XL, bar the abomination that was the "platinum" change shirt - I refused to buy a grey shirt with "TIGERS" writ large over one's bottom!).
