Toulon Post Match
REMY TIME..............Well played lads!
Knackered! Totally :censored: stressed out! I've helped Dan Tom and Marcos by shoving the settee round the room!
BRILLIANT!

A really, really gutsy performance.
Now do it again.

Re: Toulon Post Match
Had to watch from my sick bed, lot of cheap shots all night from the Toulon players, our discipline was superb under some provocation. Just need to practice catching and passing and we can take them at their place too, real Tigers dog fight.

Re: Toulon Post Match
Very proud of them all. Next week we will have to make no mistakes like the 2 tries we gifted them though. Best performance I have seen from Ben Youngs in years.

Re: Toulon Post Match
scrum was amazing and TBH Ayerza imo would have the better of haymen anyway due to the size and technique.

Also Brad Thorn end hit was a thing of beauty.

Agreed............That's the difficult bit! Puts a new perspective on the defeat at Scarlets too.drc_007 wrote:A really, really gutsy performance.

Massive win and superb effort by the forwards. Not much in attack in the back line though. Castro needed to calm down, he was obviously on a mission to wind up Marcos and Tom Youngs.....he was on and mostly over the edge. Ben Youngs superb. Same again next week and the week after at Saints.
Re: Toulon Post Match
Well. That was disgraceful!
Finally, we get something like a first team out, and all we can do is beat the European champions! Appalling!
Ok, there was guts, fire in the belly, and a no-steps backwards attitude but where was the champagne rugby? Cockers must go! Blah, blah, bliddy blah!!!
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, etc.....
P.S. I'll take pint-of-bitter rugby any day!

In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Gossip on twitter that Castro might have stepped over the mark, invading a press conference and swearing at Cockers.

Re: Toulon Post Match
Curious game. Both sides seemed determined at times to be the architects of their own downfall. Thankfully we forced more errors than we committed, though I was having kittens at the end!

Not so much gossip as a actually NZ journo stating it.tigerburnie wrote:Gossip on twitter that Castro might have stepped over the mark, invading a press conference and swearing at Cockers.
TBh watching him play today wouldn't surprise me.
Re: Toulon Post Match
According to some people in the Crumbie Delon Armitage called some fans f#cking inbred c###'s. That should get him a suspension surely, aswell as his brother for a punch on Cole. Classless outfit really. Although that's to be expected when you're club is only built on money.
Re: Toulon Post Match
I didn't see the game. After all the fuss did S. Armitage look like a player England should change the rules for ?

Well done leicester massive game, great result what effort.
If anyone got sworn at like that by armitage they should report him to the club & European Champions Cup.
Comments like that are unacceptable no matter who says it.

Re: Toulon Post Match
Very definitely NO. Looked fat and out of sorts. Best back row on view was Gibson (not that others looked bad).Sajerj wrote:I didn't see the game. After all the fuss did S. Armitage look like a player England should change the rules for ?
