In the starting XV the only one not in the academy or squad is:

Dave Lyons(Could be the Aussie Lock but doubt that) Think he is a London Scottish Lock.

on the bench:

Guido Cambareri is a Argentine prop playing for Coventry.
Will foden plays for Doncaster Knights
Bruno Bravo (apart from having a cool name) is a Argentine SH playing for Doncaster.
Gareth Turner is a Coventry.
Sands is Coventry.

Rest is academy

Other than Pearce who is in the Senior squad.

A real positive seeing Pearce return from injury lets hope he will develop into a fast big ball carrying Ork of a number 8, we so badly need one :smt023

Lyons looks an interesting one involved with Scottish last season and is more of an enforcer type lock. and with Slater and Deacon out we need some more enforcer types in the squad.

Agreed with Pearce for a pack going backwards atm a player of his power and speed there could help in controlling the other teams defence.

Many thanks for this, I went to the game against Newcastle a couple of weeks ago and allthough Tigers were beaten there was a couple of very promising performances from guys playing again tonight, so it will be good to see if they can keep producing the goods.

I am struggling to understand why Pohe is playing if he is just about the only fit centre left. Are Manu and Allen suddenly 100% fit? I really hope so.

From the sounds of it Manu and allen could have played but it would of been a risk in the long term if something went wrong, so they SHOULD be fit for nextweekend.

As will Gibson.

and maybe
Scully
Loamanu
Bai

That's the word I have heard.

Another heavy defeat - does not bode well for the future :smt009

Not really it was pretty much a Academy team vs a fairly strong experienced Wuss team.

The fact that there was only 3 players in the starting XV over 20 would show that.

A few on loan tonight, maybe having a look at them, I wonder if they spent much time training together?
