WR Expansion before 2015-16 Season????

In my view the time is right time passed over 2and a half years ago if tigers had been bold in summer or Autumn 2011 and annouced they were going to expand well before the 2015 world cup to a minimum of 30,000. Then perhaps we would not be having to go to the King Power stadium next year to watch a world cup match. I certainly won't be going.

Haven't you got it yet? Tigers is a very well run club and we make no dodgy
investments that we cannot guarantee servicing. The mantra is financial caution.

The board contains several of the best business brains in the country.
The investment will be made when it is safe to do so.
Watch and wait, all will be revealed in due time.

Surely announcements such as this should be made to shareholders. There are rules on giving out price sensitive news- Now I realise that our shares aren't worth a lot, but if you have shareholders you have to follow the rules.

This would be covered in the Articles of Association and powers of directors. I'm sure the board will remedy any breaches if you can identify them and bring them to the board's attention.
