Re: Shop?
Nope, was closed at the beginning of the year. Only one now is the one at the ground.stujoed wrote:Can anyone tell me if the tigers shop on Market Street still open?
Thanks

Thanks, saved us a walk.
Was hoping they may have some old kit as Canterbury kits now only come in baby sizes or age 6+. Our 5 year old (who is small of his age) has worn his old one out. Think he will be disappointed.
Anyone know why they have stopped making kits for this age group?

Re: Shop?
Best advice is to give the main shop a ring and see what they have in stock.stujoed wrote:Thanks, saved us a walk.

Re: Shop?
One of the very sad things about "the shop" is the fact it no longer visits the rugby courses Tigers run during the summer.
As a parent, and volunteer on those courses, I've watched as at the end of the week the players who have been coached by Tigers all week brought something. In some cases the shop staff have been left with an empty van and a full cash register.
Now you might say its just another way to charge money etc but this far out in the sticks trips to Welford Road aren't every week so the opportunity to purchase is much less.
Kitbag seem to have overlooked this opportunity massively.
