Head to Head, Tait on Tait
Very unusual to see two brothers opposing each other as Mathew and Alex will do on Sunday, let alone both at full back. Any clues on any other sibling rivalries? Perhaps the Du Plessis', Whitelocks, Hastings, Underwoods... but against each other and in the same position?
To Toulouse and beyond...

...or even 'tete a tete'
Have the Deacons have faced each other when Brett was at Glos, albeit in slightly different positions?
I also wonder whether Manu lined up against any of his brothers?

Two Tuilagis definitely have when Andy(?) was at Sale, not sure if Manu has faced a brother though.
Re: Head to Head, Tait on Tait
The Dickson brothers where head to head earlier this season

Andy and Manu faced off in the centres in 2010-11 season, but Andy was playing inside centre. Manu, at outside centre, scored two tries.Cardiff Tig wrote:Two Tuilagis definitely have when Andy(?) was at Sale, not sure if Manu has faced a brother though.

The Ndungane twins faced off against each other in the first round of the Super 15 this season.
Re: Head to Head, Tait on Tait
I remember in the early sixties Twin brothers playing at centre for different teams
one played for Toulouse and I think the other played for Brive, somewhere in the
back of my memory the names Guy & Alain Leroux pop up but I may be wrong. One
of the twins I think guy was tragically killed in a road crash around 67 or 68.

Whatever you do, don't argue. We might never hear from you again.

Did Mako and Billy Vunipola play in the Wasps v Sorries fixtures?

Madame Lacroix's little boy Didier played against his brother in the 1995 French Championship. Didier played Troisieme Ligne Aile for Toulouse whilst his brother played for Castres.

Alex vs Henry Tuilagi when we played Perpignan in the HC a couple of years back was an interesting one. Alex scored a tap and go from 5 metres after Henry had turned his back. God I miss Alex, what a monster he is.

Sailesi Ma'afu played tight head for Australia, directly opposite his brother Campese Ma'afu at loose head for Fiji. I believe both players were on debut if memory serves me correctly.
