A Good, available all-rounder

Post by DickyP »

Now here's a player I wouldn't mind seeing on the books to fill the holes left by Ryan Lamb and possibly Goneva. Olly Barkley's back from France and only on a 4 month contract at Scarlets. Have always been a big fan.

OK put him in at Tight Head then until Dan's fit.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

He's publicly stated that the only club he'd never play for is Leicester - but that was due to him being a Bath boy from young. Professionalism may have changed that.

It is believed, however, he has signed for Bristol.

In the past was rumoured to have an attitude problem, which is supposedly why Johnno wouldn't have him in the England team.

Dicky P I would echo that certain aspects of his game, ie. ball from hand or boot in open play are good and he seems to possess some intelligence in his distribution but he drastically needs to improve his place kicking and his
defensive qualities are not anything to write home about. Mind you neither have
most of the defensive qualities of Tigers players this season without the 4 exceptions of Gibson, Salvi, Smith & Allen.

He got 'homesick' when he moved from Bath to Gloucester so not a surprise that he couldn't cope with France . I wouldn't touch him with a bargepole .

Lomanu from Treviso looks a better all rounder plays 8,11/14, 12,13 and 15.

And Bai for that matter.

I do think only OP is the one that likes the idea of him coming to us.

Sorry - Ollie was one if those guys who flattered to deceive. Not a Tiger in any way shape or form.
Hambo :- He was with England when he was injured, but he was a Tigers player, our player. He is still our player.”

Who needs him when Dan Bowden proved to be as good an all rounder as we've seen in a while?
