Its the best side we can put out at this juncture :smt023 Just hope they will put in a good performance against a Bath team picked to win at Welford Rd.
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

It was always going to be very hard to win and get bonus point, now it is almost impossible, guess we may just have to call it a day on LV for this year.

Missing Paul James, Davey Wilson, Rob Webber, Dave Attwood, Matt Garvey, Carl Fearns, Francois Louw, George Ford, Jon Joseph, Kyle Eastmond, Semesa Rokoduguni and Anthony Watson from their starting XV, though a few of them are on the bench ready to come on.

Hooper, Stringer and Banahan are 1st XV starters.

They are also missing Heathcote and Agulla, but Heathcote is second-choice FH and Agulla hasn't played enough this season to command a starting spot ahead of Banahan/Roko/Watson in the back three.

Whilst I think we might be up against it vs this Bath side, the very fact that these guys are wearing the shirt and we are at home should be enough to drive us onto something special. I'm looking to the back row in particular to put a marker down.

With everyone fit Tigers could be putting out -
Logo/ Bristow
Hawkins
Logo/ Balmain
Deacon
Kitchener
Mafi
Matera
Waldrom

Mele
Williams

Morris
Bowden
Smith
Thompstone
Hamilton
as a second team

I think the main thing that Bath line up shows is how much worse a time we're having with injuries than they are.

Anybody know what's become of Thacker and Pohe? They looked exciting in last year's competition and if we're not coming out all guns blazing why not give them some game time.

I read, somewhere on this Forum, that Pohe had done his ACL - a bad injury for one so young. I hope it doesn't leave him with an ongoing problem.

Maybe I'm being a bit too pessimistic but having seen the bath team and their
replacements, I feel we may not be good enough to get the result we want, we may
scrape a win but I can't feel that the team Richard's put out though his hands
are tied by injury and international duties, will be able to score the four tries needed for a bonus point.
