This exodus will end when all the stars have left! But the 'quality of support' that is on offer that WG suggests I can only assume is accessible through the Welsh international set-up only and doesn't touch the regions (which is one of the directions the row between the WRU and the regions are going in).
I obviously do not know the ins and outs of the region's set-ups compared to the AP and Top14 clubs but I don't see how money - albeit the most attractive - being the main deciding factor in moving. For example, how Jonny's game as developed for moving to Toulon.
I need to learn the "nitty gritty" of this to make a more informed comment but I thought I'd add my penny's worth.

I'd guess a lack of community and support is a lot easier to deal with when you've just received a 300% pay rise and it's beaming sunshine in December. The French craziness will come to a disastrous end one day but until it does it's naive in the extreme to expect these young lads to turn down all that cash.
