Cockers himself has confirmed both Burns and Pearce have signed, so if that's not confirmation then I don't know what is....

Just because it's not been confirmed in the press yet doesn't mean it's not a done deal, you know what Tigers are like for announcing signings at the last minute. :smt001

Agreed but that is as far as any news concerning new signings has gone. Admittedly its great news that Cockers has done this and hopefully he will do the same in respect of any other new signings rather than wait until June!

Perhaps "never" should not remain forever.

Why? they have a reason to delay all signings.

So does every other premiership club but that does not stop them.

but what is the problem with delaying it?

Cohen is an expert with the cap which is why as he says we use all cap available to us something other clubs don't seem to do.

Still don't see why it matter when they announce the signings.

What would be the benefit?

We supporters get to know a little bit better who will be in the squad next year.

Where as our current way allows us flexibility to actually bring those players in and maintain a large squad.

Nope can't say I had - but it may make sense to trade in for a younger model at this stage for a man who has been an absolutely excellent servant to the club.

Could be the shift required to get Scully in for next season - or any of the back 3 players we've been linked with.

odd about bubbles, he said on the rugby club last week he was here for another year, then he would see if his body would let him play on another year elsewhere or go into coaching
