Lets make all the excuses now, when May finals come then we can't have any!! Lets face it we always have squad issues this side of xmas every season.....the injuries then repair and we start to gel after that!
The way teams celebrate when they beat us makes me laugh, when we lost at the Rec you'd have thought Bath had won the league or cup!!....Quite sad really that this is their season highlight. Mine is always at HQ for ther Prem win and hopefully a HEC final again!!

Funny how the XV you put out (and a large proportion of the bench) were first choice.Downbathway wrote:He mentioned the amount of injuries you had when Leicester lost at Bath.
We had 13 senior squad players missing that day.
He didn't mention that though?.
Doesn't exactly seem worth a mention.

Personally I take that as a compliment. The way teams celebrate when they beat us makes me laugh, when we lost at the Rec you'd have thought Bath had won the league or cup!!....Quite sad really that this is their season highlight. Funny, too how every team we play seems to claim a great rivalry with us. Age is a factor, though. On Sunday the commentators were all about the "great Wasps/ Tigers rivalry" which, to me, lasted a few years and followed the Bath/ Tigers rivalry. Odd that the rivalry is always with us. They come and go - mainly go.

Our fiercest rivals for years were Coventry. What ever happened to them?

Those players that prove to RC that they are worth their place. This is their chance. It was a poor performance but given the time that this XV has had together it was always a risk? I have purchased my Prem Final Tickets (all 26 of them) and I believe that the Tigers will be at Twickers come May 31st.Tigerbeat wrote:How is Cockers whinging? He is stating some true facts and has said that the team were poor today. He was just being honest.
How many of the players on the pitch today will be in the full strength squad once players return to fitness. I expect to see Tigers in the mix at the end of the season.
