Not what we want to see http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/22200257
Of course it may be pure speculation, but this story comes on the back of (a) the announcement of the increased salary cap for French clubs and (b) the fact that next year is Toby's last at Tigers re: his current contract.
So anyone know a French team, with lots of cash who will need a replacement fly-half for the start of the 2014-5 season? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/21980906
Let's hope Toby is as good as his word from the quotes in the BBC article...

Could be good news for the new boy - Owen Williams. A year of mentoring and then taking over.

Not sure why I bother but:
http://forum.leicestertigers.com/viewto ... &start=390
covered on the transfer rumours thread. 1st post is up to date with all current signings and departures (I think anyway) as well as remaining rumours.
Flood was mentioned in the Star as opening contract negotiations or at least signalling he has no intention to leave.

Hi Kornboy - please don't be so aggrieved by these threads!kornboy130 wrote:Not sure why I bother but:

The first post that you created and continue to update is really useful and I applaud your efforts on it
but please don't hijack other threads and tell people off for trying to helpfully bring things to the forum's attention and/or wanting to generate a bit of chat....
Instead, just update the summary you have created (if required) and move on - that's the best of both worlds for me : seperate threads for each transfer/rumour, but with a summarised one alongside them for reference.
PS : and if the summary was cross referenced to the threads that generated the info, then that would be fantastic

England and Leicester fly-half Toby Flood has rubbished reports linking him with a move to France's Top 14.
