According to Planet Rugby Paul Sackey is going to leave Stade for a Non London Based English club at the end of this season, I doubt it will be us that gets him but it is always a possibility....

I've always admired his play, but he is getting on and to be honest do we not already have better on our books?Unless of course he is coming to replace someone leaving we don't know about.

I think we did try to sign him a few years ago, but he chose not to come. He was always as elusive as an eel when he played against us, but I have no idea how well he is playing these days. I assume that he must have slowed a tad with age.

He signed at Stade Français in a period of turmoil, the coach that signed him went away and he never got on well with the new management. Seems to be in a pre-retireent mood. I wish him well, he scored a few good tries for us. :smt006
