Croft

Is he fit for Sunday? I feel that on the hard ground down there he could run riot. Our chances diminish significantly if he doesn't play.

There was plenty of talk during the commentary on Saturday that Mafi was very close to a return. I'd be quite happy with either to be honest!

Mafi wouldn't last anywhere 80 minutes and might be a risk to start after a spell on the sidelines. He is the SH version of Croft though :smt031

croft is alot better than mafi. but he is probable going to start against wasps because croft is injured or croft will be on the bench i think there should be a couple of changes against wasps.

I have to disagree, they are both different and bring different things to our team, both are internationals and we are very fortunate to have both.

Agree with this, Mafi's much more physical, Croft has more top-end speed. Both very good in the lineout. Mafi clearly won't be able to return for the whole game, 50 minutes would probably be plenty.

Not sure who will start but I think having Croft and Mafi for half a game each is an excellent scenario. Two superb players. :smt023
