Sounds like the lady in the hotel should have done the sensible thing and gone onto a forum and vented her spleen there instead!
Apart from being plain rude she clearly did not know her stuff - I don't think the word 'arrogant' can be applied to a Tigers player! Hope these boys come back with a point to prove.
