Fixture Changes

Post by Iain »

Saturday 23rd March away at Exeter now 5pm kick off for ESPN
Saturday 30th March away at Saints still 3pm but now on Sky Sports
Sunday April 14th home to Wasps, 3.45pm kick off for Sky Sports
Saturday April 20th away at Bath now 2.15pm kick off for ESPN

Nothing too drastic, though an away trip to Exeter will mean a very late night if you're planning to travel back after the game.

I may be imagining it but wasn't this the game that was changed from Sat 13th to Sun 14th as City were also at home to Birmingham that day? (I've had a quick look but can't see the thread)

City's match Vs Birmingham has apparently now been selected to be shown on SKY on Friday 12th April at 7.45pm.......

Maybe we should campaign to have the club insist this is moved back to the Saturday again!

Edit: I wasn't imagining it.....

Farce!! And City fans appear just as upset as we are / would be. :smt009

Never let any of these people run a brewery. :smt027

Not sure, but now it's been chosen for Sky coverage that won't be moving.

I'm actually quietly relieved, despite Sunday's usually being my least favourite. I'm driving back from France on the Friday, so I'll be glad of the extra 24 hours for my muscles to stop being tense!

True. I'm not a SKY hater but this is ridiculous...cake and eat it seems to fit rather well for TV here.

I'm sure the club will be fully aware of this situation by now & with almost 2 months till this match could/should ask Sky the question, but don't hold your breath!!

Don't worry, next season we will be wishing it was Sky. We have the pleasure of BT Vision and, going by their appalling customer service, we can expect KO times at even worse times than we get at present.

I've found BT customer service to be really good.
I have checked both Leicester & Birmingham fc's websites & i can't see where this match has been changed to a Friday night kick off :smt017

Nor can I find any mention of it here on the Sky Sports site.
Whatever you do, don't argue. We might never hear from you again.

Announced on an LCFC facebook page - which is why I said apparently - as obviously it's unconfirmed and not the most reliable.....not reliable at all...in fact it equates to hearing a rumour down the pub :smt047

Until it comes to pass....

My profound apologies for not providing the raw source information in my opening post.
