I think there should be sub-categories as well, how about
Doom-monger of the year,
Most happy clappy person of the year
Wind up merchant of the year
A lifetime award for a vision of Rizzo in knee length leather boots and a whip, sorry mod of the year award!
Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.
