I have just tried to buy a new shirt after reading the offer on the front of the webpage. It claims that if you sign in you will receive 20% off anything you buy.

I logged in and it only gave me 10% which I only noticed as I was about to pay. I rang the helpline via our switchboard and it was all resolved, but for those of you looking to take advantage of what is essentially a very good offer at this time of year please just be aware and check your final price before purchasing.
