Tickets for SF

Post by Jeremy Anderson »

Have ordered our tickets but does anybody know if added to season ticket or whether a ticket will be sent in the post?
I hope the former as Royal Mail 'lose' a lot of post in our area and I don't want to join a mega-queue on the afternoon of the match.
It is not mentioned in the email confirming ticket purchase.

A word of caution - get to Welford Road early!

Last year, in spite of the semi-final game being allegedly added to our electronic season tickets, they did not work at the turnstiles. Hundreds of supporters then had to queue at the ticket office to get paper tickets issued. Added to the usual crush of supporters collecting match-day tickets, there was a considerable delay, meaning that we missed the first 10 minutes of the game.
Today is yesterday's tomorrow.

I've never had a problem like that. it's always been added to my season ticket and swiped in the normal way with no problem.

I'd also like to add a word of thanks for the efficiency of the ticket office. The queue looked horrendous yesterday evening but moved very quickly and the staff - at least, the young lady who served me - were fantastic.

well done, Tigers ticket office!

Concur. Telephone service no great delay - polite and efficient service.

Note to Management - do not subcontract the Ticket Office to Lindleys!!

I requested that the game was added to our season tickets over the phone. I spoke with a very nice person in the ticket office who checked that the update was OK. It still failed on the day. We had arrived 30 minutes before k.o. yet still missed the start of the game.

Just saying that the system isn't (or wasn't last year) infallible. :smt001

Seldom if ever had any complaint with Ticket Office.
