He's a talented kid with a solid kicking game.

As yet he's not displayed much of a running/attacking game. Has he got one? Hard to tell at Saracens - partly because they put him at inside centre with a plodder outside him.

He could do with playing at fly half with an attacking inside centre on his shoulder.
I'd be tempted (for England) to have him & Flood inter-changing between FH & IC - Flood at FH when attacking. Flood lacks the confidence in his kicking game to be a world class fly half - however that ceases to be a weakness if you have a Farrell along side him.

Talk of George Ford playing at for England may just be a bit early - a handful of Tigers games for a teenager is a bit soon given he's not a big physical presence & probably needs to fill out more. Got the talent but has he got the physicality for the modern game.
